[i] The PATRIACH [south] His Excellency, The Rt.Rev.Ivan Lancaster The Archbishop, The Chapters Board, and the general membership of the W.I.U.S.B.S.O. Inc, welcomes Mt.Bethel S.B.Church of VanceRiver Village, Guapo and its congregation to the Brotherhood of the Diocese. The affilation ceremony took place on November,18th, 2009 at the church. The Pastor is Bishop Gary Vespry . The Mother is Mth.Donna Vespry.

[ii] We also welcome St.Lucille S.B.Church and Congregation of Antoine Trace, Quarry Village, Siparia. This affiliation ceremony took place on Sunday, December 5th, 2009 at the church. At the same time the new Minister in charge, Rev.Lennard Hamilton was inducted. The Mother in charge is Mth.Barbabra Bissessar.

[iii] Sunday December 13th. 2009. - Rev.David Mark will be inducted as the Minister in charge of Mt.Transfigeration S/B Church, Arima. The Mother in charge is Rev.Mth.Lena Hope.

[e] THE HAITI I AM SORRY FUND.

On January 23rd,2010 at our regular Ministers monthly meeting, the decision was taken to raise TT$ 100,000 from among our membership to aid Haiti

WE ARE ASKING A MINIMUM CONTRIBUTION OF $ 100.00 PER MEMBER TOWARDS THIS WORTHY CAUSE.

OBITUARY

Rev.Mth. Pearl Vero Gittens, passed away peacefully on Monday February 15,2010.

'Tanty Pearl' was the Spouse of Area [S/E] Bishop Austin Gittens, who is General Secretary of the W.I.U.S.B.S.O.Inc and also Vice Principal of The Southland S.B.School of Theology.

She was also the daughter of the late Bishop Dr. Herman Parris founder of the Southland S.B.School of Theology.

Rev.Mth. Pearl Gittens was interned at the St.Clement's Public Cemetery, on Friday February 19th, after a service at the Mt.Paran S.B.Church, Pond Street La Romaine, which was conducted by Bishop Designate, The.Rt.Rev. Rodney Thomas. "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints." Ps.116:15 Sleep well Mother.

1. Sunday, March 7th.
The Inter Religious Organization [I.R.O.] Invites all to an inter faith service at The Mt.St.Rose S.B.Church Covigne Rd. Diego Martin.
Service starts at 3.p.m.

2. Sunday, March 14th.
The St. Theresa's S.B.Church of Narine Street,Ojoe Rd. Sangre Grande invites all to join with them in celebrating forty-four [44] years of thanksgiving service
for God's bountiful continuous blessings upon them. Service starts at 9.a.m. sharp.

3. Saturday, March 20th.
The Trinidad Campus of The Herman Parris Southland S.B. School of Theology Chinese Village, La Brea academic school year 2010 -2011 begins.
Orientation and registration of new students will commence at 9.a.m. Registration fee is $20.00 per student. School fee advance is $300.00
